New Patients

Welcome to Rankin Children's Group!

We love meeting new patients of all ages, whether you’re welcoming your first baby, moving to our area, or transferring pediatric practices.

If your patient is a newborn, please refer to our Newborn Care section listed under services.   

If you are changing pediatric practices, please call our office to schedule your first appointment and complete the New Patient Packet below. You can return these forms to the location of your appointment via email, fax, or bring them to your first visit.

Please note, we do require a copy of your child’s vaccine record prior to their first visit.   

We also require that the parent or a legal guardian accompany the child on the first visit.
